Kroger pharmacy is located in the heart of Pataskala, and we’re proud to have a retail pharmacy here that is family-owned and operated. Our pharmacy team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and we pride ourselves on being a leader in customer service.
Pharmacy team members know how important it is to provide exceptional customer service to all of our customers, and the fact that the Kroger team is so dedicated to this mission speaks volumes about the way that they treat their customers.
A team member of this pharmacy explained that this is a team that has a “culture of the customer,” not just a culture of the employees. That is not to say that they all treat everyone the same, but as a team they each have their own philosophy on customer service, and they all work together to provide a customer-centered experience.
Kroger also has a “culture of the customer” that is at the heart of the company’s philosophy, and it’s really the part most of us tend to forget. In a company like Kroger, a company that has such a strong focus on customer service, you would think that you would have to earn your customers’ loyalty through good behavior. Unfortunately, it’s often not the case.
In other words, your customers are not just your employees. They are in fact your customers. And their loyalty is what keeps your business profitable. In order to attract and retain loyal customers, a company has to give them that kind of experience. In fact this is what we tried to do with our customers in our new store design.
The new store design was an attempt to integrate the kroger pharmacy pataskala brand into the Kroger family of stores. The goal was to show how our customers can benefit from the brand. We wanted to create a space that was inviting, simple, and easy to navigate that would let them pick from various options to find what they needed. Our previous store design was a little too cluttered and intimidating for our customers.
This is where we started. We started with an initial list of a dozen ideas that were in our heads, and then we made it a list of what we wanted to show to our customers once we opened the doors. We started with a list of ideas for our pharmacy and then we came up with what we wanted to offer customers on the store front.
We actually started with a list of ideas. I still think that there are many things that could be improved upon in the store design. For example, the pricing table was really hard to find. It’s not something that I can see customers buying, and I don’t think that a price drop would help a lot. But we ended up making it a bit easier to find the price. We also decided to make it easier to check out different products.
One customer even asked if we could drop a discount on certain products, because they really liked the new logo. We decided to answer that with something we called “Pataskala.” It means “Patience.” The idea is that, when you look at the store, you should just remember that you have patience. You should never make any of your suggestions in your head, but rather you should just ask us and we will make it happen.
Pataskala is a new initiative by Kroger that encourages customers to be patient with each other. The idea is that if you like something you see on the store, you should pay attention and wait to see if others like it. If you like something and pay attention, you can expect to see others that like it and pay attention to them as well. This is what we think Kroger does best.
